Daniel Tallon

Group taken at Mansion House, Dublin. Daniel Tallon, Lord Mayor of Dublin 1897 to 1899 (after whom the Tallon Road is Called), is seated in centre front row. Second from left at rear is his Secretary Thomas Kennedy who was a native of Castletownbere and who accompanied him on his visit to inspect the distress in Beara in 1898
